I never write reviews but my interaction with two fellas from Cassone was very professional and down right amazing . I bought a Freightliner Hooklift truck and a week or so after I got it down south I realized that I dont know much mechanically about the truck I bought . I called the office and they told me the mechanic manager would call , I literally waited 3 minutes and got a call from Jared . I asked about truck , what I need to do periodically and how to do the DPF regeneration . He was very knowledgeable and walked me through each and every question I had . We even did facetime to figure out all the switches on dash and what they do . Also asked about the hooklift itself and he said he will give my number to the guy who built truck . Again in less than 3 minutes I got a call from Brian the manager of the building department . I asked how to flip the adj hook and his way was so easy to do . He took the time to send me pictures of where all my fuses and circuit breakers were for the pto and the added items I had installed on truck , which I did find and they were clearly labeled . These guys both told me I can call them with any additional questions on their cell numbers . This is the kind of service you rarely get these days , even down south . Thank you Jared and Brian !

we had a defective part on a swap loader hook, lift, I called Marco and he had everything taken care of excellent customer service. part was shipped directly to us at no cost. We will be buying our next truck from Cassone!

We purchased a truck through them and worked with Chuck and Marco. There was an issue with a turbo actuator and they didn’t hesitate to have me take it to my shop of choice and get it fixed. The truck was done, they paid the bill and it works great. Will be purchasing another truck from them in the future, great customer service and quality product.

We are very happy with the purchase of our 2012 freightliner and new SwapLoader sl406 hook lift system. Professional install clean and done right. So far the setup was everything Marco said it would be. We bought it over the phone. we operate in south west Florida had them deliver it to us they have in house transportation, company driver was very helpful, pleasant and delivery was right on time. SwapLoader had a defect in one valve which failed a couple weeks after purchase truck they helped diagnose the problem and ship the part out the same day. Great customer service has been my experience

Great experience! Chuck had me a truck built, painted, serviced, added new wheels and tires, and delivered to my door in a month. The truck has worked flawlessly 6-7 days a week since delivery. Could not be more pleased ! Ask for Chuck !!

Grade A. These guys are top notch. Above board. Dependable. Reliable. Honest. We purchased a bucket and they delivered it to Ga from NY (obviously). I’ll spare the details but there was a blowout. Rich and the gang had me rolling again in a week. No muss, no fuss, strictly business. I’m impressed with the truck but even more impressed with the caliber of men working there. As we say down south, “salt of the earth”. When we need another - these guys are the absolute first number we’ll call
